we can create dump of our important data by following the steps given below:
- Swith on your computer and the browse the location of the folder whose backup is to be created.
- Now, plug in your USB device (pendrive) into the computer
- Before starting the backup process make sure that the USB drive is started and working.
- If the USB drive has not opened automatically,open it manually.
- Now, select the folder from the hard drive. Press the shortcut key combination Ctrl + c right-click on the folder and click on copy from the context menu.
- Go to the USB drive and paste the copied folder by pressing Crtl+V or right-click anywhere in the window and click on paste from the contexxt menu.
- The backup has been created on your pendrive. Now, close the USB drive and safely remove the pendrive from your computer.
